Swesif Tipsar: EFRAG Call for Candidates on Financial Institutions’ advisory panels

We would like to bring to your attention the Call for Candidates from EFRAG to join their advisory panels for Financial Institutions. In the context of the sector-specific ESRS, EFRAG is planning on setting up three advisory panels:
The objective of these advisory panels is to contribute to the development and maintenance of the sector-specific ESRS on financial institutions and, in general, to provide sector-specific input in EFRAG sustainability reporting activity, by regularly providing its views and technical inputs EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Technical Expert Group (EFRAG SR TEG).
The panels will have around 20 members and will start its activities in September 2023. They are expected to meet ca. 6 times a year. The role, competencies, composition, and modus operandi of the panels are further described in the Terms of Reference.
Fund management activities are included under the ‘Capital Markets’ advisory group. Swesif can submit applications to Eurosif from members that meet the established criteria, and thereby be considered for endorsement by Eurosif. The deadline for submitting applications to Eurosif is on 31 July 2023, meaning Swesif would need your application by [28] July 2023 CoB.
