Many investors and companies agree that sustainability can directly influence the evaluation of companies’ current and future financial performance. It has become central to understanding how ESG issues can be integrated into financial analysis. This is not just a task for financial analysts, but also for portfolio managers and investor relations officers at listed companies.

In the new report, Integrating Sustainability in Investment Analysis, launched at this webinar, Swesif in collaboration with researchers at Misum, Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), has set out to explore the interaction between these three actor-groups, in order to better understand the drivers and challenges for integrating ESG in financial analysis. The study is based on interviews with sell-side analysts, portfolio managers and investor relations officers in the Swedish market. During the webinar, the authors Rachelle Belinga and Emma Sjöström, will share the main findings and recommendations. Following the presentation, there will be a panel discussion with representatives from the three actor groups in focus. There will also be the opportunity for the audience to ask questions.
