Hållbarhetsprofilen ändras den 11 november 2019

Flera övergripande förändringar görs nu i Fondbolagens förenings standard för hållbarhetsinformation, och därmed ändras också Hållbarhetsprofilen (HP) i flera delar.

Förändringarna i standarden syftar till att:

• Underlätta för sparare att hitta fonder som inte investerar i vissa specifika produkter och tjänster,
• Underlätta spararnas förståelse genom ytterligare förklarande text och förenkling av språket, samt
• Förtydliga att metoden ”Fondbolaget påverkar” inte enbart omfattar aktieägarinflytande utan även påverkan vid innehav av obligationer.

Detta medför bl.a. följande ändringar för HP:

• Det är nu möjligt för fonder som angivit att hållbarhetsaspekter inte beaktas i förvaltningen, men som har en placeringsinriktning som innebär att fonden är fri från vissa produkter och tjänster, att ange vilka produkter och tjänster som exkluderas. Detta görs under rubriken ”Metod som används: Fonden väljer bort – Produkter och tjänster”. Syftet är att underlätta för konsumenter som vill använda sökfunktioner.
• Kryssrutan ”Fondbolaget publicerar Fondbolagens förenings hållbarhetsöversikt” under ”Ytterligare information” har tagits bort eftersom Fondbolagens förening inte använder den längre.
• Flera ledtexter och hjälptexter har uppdaterats för att öka tydligheten för såväl fondbolag som sparare.

Ändringen av HP träder i kraft från och med den 11 november och samtliga fonder vars information laddats upp på www.hallbarhetsprofilen.se kommer därmed påverkas. Information som tidigare lämnats av fondbolagen kommer att finnas kvar och det är endast texten i anslutning till respektive kryssruta som ändras.

Vi uppmanar därför alla anslutna fondbolag att se över sina profiler och kontrollera att den ifyllda informationen fortfarande är relevant.

Nya URLer för Hållbarhetsprofilen

Hållbarhetsprofilen har gått över till protokollet https. Den nya URLen till den publika sidan är därför:

…medan URLen till administrationsgränssnittet är:

https://admin.hallbarhetsprofilen.se/admin

För tillfället stöds även det gamla protokollet (http) men efter den 11 november kommer all http trafik att omdirigeras till https via en s.k. ”redirect”.

In English: Changes in Hållbarhetsprofilen from 11 November 2019

Several general changes are now being made in the Fondbolagens förenings (Swedish investment fund association’s) standard for sustainability information, and thus Hållbarhetsprofilen (Swesif’s sustainability declarations for funds, HP) is also being changed in several parts.

The changes aim to:

• Facilitate savers to find funds that do not invest in certain specific products and services,
• Facilitate savers’ understanding through additional explanatory text and simplification of language, as well as
• Clarify that the method ”The fund management company influences” not only includes shareholder influence, but also influence in the holding of bonds.

This results in the following changes in HP, among other:

• It is now possible for funds that have stated that sustainability aspects are not taken into account in the management of the fund, but which have an investment orientation which means that the fund is free from certain products and services, to indicate which products and services are excluded. This is done under the heading ”Negative screening – Products and services”. The purpose is to make it easier for consumers who want to use search functions.
• The check box ”Fund manager publishes ‘Fondbolagens förening’s’ sustainability review” under ”Additional Information” has been removed as the Swedish investment fund association (Fondbolagens Förening) no longer uses it.
• Explanatory texts have been updated to increase the clarity for both fund management companies and savers.

HP will change from 11 November, and all funds whose information has been uploaded to www.hallbartsprofilen.se will be affected. The information provided earlier by the fund management company will remain and only the text in connection with the respective check box will be changed.

We therefore encourage all fund management company to review their HP’s and verify that the information they have entered is still relevant.

Hållbarhetsprofilen has switched to the protocol https. The new URL to the public site is therefore:

… while the URL to the administration interface is:

https://admin.hallbarhetsprofilen.se/admin

For the time being, the old protocol (http) is still supported but after 11 November all http traffic will be redirected to https.
