About the membership

Criteria for membership

Members who can be admitted to the association are legal persons who work with investments for sustainable development and want to support the purpose of Swesif.
The board takes decision regarding membership and categorization of members. The categorization of members gives Swesif opportunity to respond to members' challenges and to be relevant based on their role in the financial system.

ORDINARY MEMBERSHIP

Ordinary members are legal persons who are either capital owners or/and managers with operations in Sweden.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

Associate members are other legal entities that work with investments for sustainable development with operations in Sweden. Associate members include service providers, advisors, researchers, interest organizations, etc.

News and tips about Swesif and SRI

In addition, you get the opportunity to establish contact with colleagues and stakeholders, requests to participate in projects and the possibility to contribute with your own initiatives within the framework of the forum's activities.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

The annual fee finances Swesif's work in compiling and share information on sustainable investments, contributing to the development of new knowledge in the subject area and arranging activities for its members in Sweden.

Members of Swesif pay an annual fee divided into a VAT-free membership of SEK 100 and a deductible service fee. The service fee is based on the type of business, capital under management and number of employees as below (all prices exclude VAT).

The board has the right to decide on a lower service fee for smaller individual members who have difficulty paying. This is only if the board believes that the member can contribute with unique skills, new ideas, or in other ways add significant value to the organization. This discounted fee will be reviewed before each new billing period.
