LSFI Publishes a Toolkit on EU Sustainable Finance Regulation

The Luxembourg Sustainable Finance Initiative (LSFI) launched a new section within the LSFI website toolkit “Take Action” focused on regulation that aims to help financial professionals understand and stay up to date with the EU Sustainable Finance Regulation in a simplified way. The ‘Take Action’ online regulation toolkit provides an overview of the seven key EU sustainable finance legislative pieces, explaining what each of them is about, how they affect financial services, their chronology, how they are interconnected and a collection of relevant links to official sources.

The regulations covered are: Taxonomy, the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II), the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), the Low Carbon Benchmark Regulation and the Green Bond Standard (GBS).
