SUMMARY:Webbinarium: Motverka våld\, utnyttjande och trakasserier i portföljer och värdekedjor
DESCRIPTION:I samband med den internationella kvinnodagen anordnar Swesif\, tillsammans med Kvinna till Kvinna\, ett webbinarium med fokus på att lyfta kvinnors rättigheter och möjligheter. \nWebbinariet kommer att belysa hur företag kan motverka våld\, utnyttjande och trakasserier inom sina portföljer\, värdekedjor och på arbetsplatser. Genom investeringar och aktivt ägande kommer vi att kunna minska risker och skapa bättre förutsättningar för kvinnor. \nUnder webbinariet kommer vi även att diskutera hur företag och kapitalförvaltare kan genomföra riskbedömningar inom produktions- och investeringskedjor för att identifiera\, förebygga och agera på våld och övergrepp. Slutligen presenteras förslag på rutiner och strukturer som behövs för att underlätta detta arbete. \nVi kommer att bjuda in till en öppen diskussion där erfarenheter och lärdomar delas\, så att vi tillsammans kan utveckla arbetet framåt. \nDagens talare:\nPetra Tötterman Andorff är generalsekreterare för Kvinna till Kvinna och har gedigen erfarenhet av internationellt freds- och säkerhetsarbete med fokus på kvinnors rättigheter\, ekonomisk egenmakt och politiskt deltagande. Hon är även styrelseordförande för Concord Sverige\, en plattform som samlar över 80 svenska civilsamhällesorganisationer inom global utveckling.\n \nAnja Taarup Nordlund arbetar på Nordic Consulting Group har över 22 års global erfarenhet av att arbeta med jämställdhet. Hon har omfattande erfarenhet av samarbeten med aktörer som Världsbanken\, Europeiska banken för återuppbyggnad och utveckling\, Sida samt privata aktörer. De senaste fem åren har Anja stöttat samarbetet mellan Kvinna till Kvinna och Swedfund och är en av medförfattarna till Good Practice Handbook on the Prevention and Response to Sexual Exploitation\, Abuse and Harassment.
