Eurosif coordinates a community of practice to help a diverse panel of asset managers/owners to develop and share best practices on investing through the Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) lens.

Topics discussed so far include why and how to integrate Diversity and Inclusion factors – specifically from a socioeconomic, racial, and ethnic origin perspective – in data gathering, internal decision-making and investment processes, or shareholder engagement.

The next meeting will be on Wednesday, 26 June 17:00 – 18:00 CET and will host a presentation of Mahlet Getachew, Managing Director of Corporate Racial Equity at PolicyLink, a US-based think tank. Mahlet will present PolicyLink’s Investor Blueprint for racial and economic equity, which aims to catalyse investors on integration of racial and economic equity within their institutions, including in their decision-making processes, investment strategies, and measures of organisational effectiveness.

Following the 15 min speaker presentation, the Eurosif team will chair a 40-45 min Q&A session where we encourage open discussions between speakers and participants.

These meetings are designed as an informal forum under Chatham House rule, on an invitation-only basis, and are not open to the public or the media.
