Med anledning av att hållbarhetsinformation om fonder omfattas av lagkrav från och med den 1 januari 2018 har Swesif tidigare informerat om att Hållbarhetsprofilen (HP) går in i en ny fas.
Vi på Swesif, tillsammans med Fondbolagens förening, är nu mitt uppe i arbetet att anpassa Hållbarhetsprofilen (HP) efter Fondbolagens förenings standard för hållbarhetsinformation.
Nedan följer en sammanfattning om vad detta kommer innebära för de fondbolag som är anslutna och har publicerade HP för sina fonder.

Varför sker förändringen?
Från och med 2018 är det lagkrav på svenska värdepappersfonder, samt alla AIFer som marknadsförs i Sverige till icke professionella investerare, att redovisa hur och om de jobbar med hållbarhet. Fondbolagens förening har tagit fram en branschstandard som motsvarar de krav som lagstiftaren stipulerat. Det är Finansinspektionens önskan att Swesifs Hållbarhetsprofilen harmoniserar med denna standard.
Behöver fondbolagen agera?
Ja!
Er HP kommer inte att vara synlig på www.hallbarhetsprofilen.se från och med det datum den nya versionen lanseras till dess att ni har gjort nödvändiga uppdateringar för den aktuella fonden.
Anpassningen av HP innebär att vissa fält försvinner och vissa fält blir helt nya. Den information ni redan fyllt i, som inte ändras, kommer att ligga kvar i mallen men ni måste fylla i hela mallen och spara/publicera igen för att profilen ska synas igen. Observera alltså att er HP inte kommer att synas på den publika sajten från lanseringsdatum förrän ni har uppdaterat för den aktuella fonden.
Vad händer med länkar?
De gamla länkarna blir inaktiva till dess att fondbolaget har uppdaterat och sparat hela den nya HP. När fondbolaget uppdaterat och sparat HP så ska länkarna börja fungera igen. Inläsning/uppdatering sker som tidigare till plattformar och försäkringsbolag, med körningar via till exempel Morningstar, vanligtvis över natten. Om ni har sparat fasta pdf-dokument behöver dessa ersättas.
När kommer detta att ske?
Skarpt datum för nya HP räknas till onsdagen den 15 augusti 2018. Det är alltså då de gamla länkarna slutar att fungera och ni måste uppdatera era fonder för att de nya länkarna ska bli aktiva.

Information in English – Adjusting Swesif’s HP according to new Swedish standards
Swesif, in cooperation with Swedish investment fund association are currently working on adjusting Hållbarhetsprofilen (Swesif’s sustainability declaration for funds, HP) in accordance with the new standard for sustainability information, produced by Swedish investment fund association.

Why are we changing HP?
As of 2018 the disclosure of sustainability information is regulated by law in Sweden. Swedish investment funds, and AIFs that are marketed in Sweden to non professional investors, have to inform how and if they work in the field of sustainability. The Swedish investment fund association has created a standard document for how this information is to be structured in order for the fund managing firms to fulfill the demands stipulated by law. The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has also expressed the wish that HP and the new standard are harmonized.
Do the fund managing firms need to act on this?
Yes!
Your HP will seize to be active/shown at www.hallbarhetsprofilen.se as of launch date until you have made the necessary updates.
The adaptation of HP means that certain fields will disappear and some fields are entirely new. The information you have already filled out, and that is not altered, will remain in the form. However, you will have to fill out the whole form and accept/save the changes in order for it to be published again. Please note that your HP will be not be shown at the public site as of launch-date until it has been fully completed and updated for the specific fund described.
What will happen to the links?
The old links will be inactive until the fund managing company update and save the whole HP for the specific fund. The links will be active again once the fund managing company has updated and saved the changes. Connections to other platforms will work after standard releases (overnight most often) through, for example, Morningstar. For those of you who have saved static pdf’s on your websites, please remember to replace these once the new HP is published.
When will this happen?
Sharp date for the new form is estimated to be the 15th of August 2018. This date is when the old links will stop working and you will have to update the HP for all your funds in order to make them active again.
